  2. Hi Jenny My name is Steve Guy (ex Balaklava) . I have been acquaintances with yourself and Mark since our introduction when Mark was practicing at Balaklava. The reason for my contact with you is a long shot but I was wondering if there was any chance of you giving our daughter Ciara some advise. She has just completed her honers in psychology and is at a bit of a loose end. She is torn between taking a gap year and then completing her masters or finding a sponsor psychologist and applying her talents now. She would dearly like to get into the industry in any capacity and has had several interviews with some good success. I was just hoping there was some way you could advise, talk to her or guide her in the wright direction. Thank you for your time and say g,day to Mark for us.

    Kind regards Brigid and Steve

    1. Hi Steve. Great to hear from you. Get your daughter to ring Jen on 0400367891 to organise a catch up over a coffee. Hi to everyone your end too. Merry Christmas – Mark

  3. Hi Jenny, my daughter is a gymnasts who competes in Women’s Artistic Gymnastics. She is 14 years old and loves the sport but occasionally she has mental blocks when performing difficult skills and some times can’t push through due to the fear of hurting herself. This is very common for many gymnasts and mind fitness is something they don’t really do as part of their training. Hence is why I’m seeking assistance outside to see if sports psychology could help her push through. She has a trial coming up on the 4th April that she is training hard for to get into a state team and I thought maybe we could help her prior to this. Please let me know what is possible.

  4. Hi Jenny I am a grandparent that feels that my granddaughter has lost her motivation and I think it maybe a psychological issue due to a couple of injuries when she started playing as a 14 year old in a rep Soccer side playing against women. Skills are still there as the coach keeps picking her in the first team .
